I have an xbox one s. I bought this console way back in 2019 and since then have customized my controller in a million different ways. (This did add up to over 200 dollars worth of faceplates, buttons, side panels,mods, etc.) You can imagine how devastated I was when i finally got stick drift, after a thorough cleaning I decided to give in and buy a new one.
This controller says its renewed, and honestly i could hardly tell! It works perfectly, and I highly recommed it to anyone reaching for that classic feel you once had. I have 0 problems with it. And after a grace period of 2 months I decided to customize the buttons and faceplate. With this being said it was cool to take a look into a controller someone else had already been inside of, although it was nearly impossible to tell. Aside from one or two parts being a different color than my original controller everything was absolutely spotless.
These controllers are renewed well, and by people who know what theyre doing! Seriously one of the best outcomes I couldve hoped for!!

TL;DR
- dirty upon arrival with dirt, grease, and sweat in crevices
- stick drift
- right trigger completely unusable
- rubber grips fell off
- poor quality overall

i bought this controller to be more comfortable with playing on console, and when the controller arrived it was in HORRIBLE condition. inside the amazon box was nothing but a small box with a ziploc bag. there was no real casing for the controller. the controller arrived with grease, grime, and a bunch of dirt in every crevice imaginable. i had hopes for the controller that it was just dirty and not dysfunctional. but i was mistaken. within a day the rubber grips completely fell off. there was stick drift and the right trigger completely stopped working. please save your money and do not buy this.

The controller that I ordered was all white, the controller that come in has more black parts on the controller than the image suggests. I did not mind the color difference however, the controller had looked pre-owned and the product does suggest this so that wasn't a bother. The controller worked as intended and I had no internal issues. The controller did develop tiny cracks very quickly after use. This is a great buy if you're looking for a lower costing alternative for the slightly older model of the Xbox One Controller. I bought this because my old one was becoming old and wanted the same exact controller. I paid for exactly what I had expected to receive except for the strange color differences.

My son specifically asked for this controller.
I'm not a gamer, so I know little to nothing about them.
When I tried to buy it, they were currently out of stock????.
BUT they did have a refurbished one. Well, I'm familiar with Amazon refurbished products/ electronics. etc, so I didn't hesitate to snatch it up!
He had no idea it wasn't brand new. The controller and packaging was in perfect condition.
It's been a few months now, with a full summer of all out gaming, and no issues.
He's happy and I'm ???? happy!

I had ordered this before, but for some reason, I was sent the new White Robot Xbox One Controller. I couldn't complain. It has a better grip than the original, as the handles have texture on them. After 2 weeks of playing, it started to drift. I tried to fix it with alcohol, and taking out the plastic pieces on the sides of the joystick modules, voiding the warranty, but nothing work. Just received the refurbished original controllers for Xbox One S, and they work like new! Hopefully, I don't encounter that drift problem ever again, or else I'm going to try the Xbox X Series Elite controller.
