    My 13 year old son bought this PS5 as a gift for himself. He was so excited to just get the console, but it came with a surprise that we were not expecting! We thought we were just purchasing the console, but it came with the Spiderman 2 game that he was wanting. Best surprise ever! We are extremely happy with our purchase from this seller!

    I wanted a new PS5 but I wanted to get a deal so I stumbled upon this. I am pretty cautious and thought a used console might be damaged but this was absolutely not the case. I now have a great PS5. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller.

    Es una lástima que una marca tan buena tenga este tipo de problemas. Compré un control que solo me funcionó durante dos meses y, a pesar de haber pagado un seguro por dos años, ni el vendedor, ni el seguro ni Amazon pudieron ayudarme. Ahora me veo en la necesidad de seguir gastando dinero en una solución que no esperaba. Espero que se tomen en serio la atención al cliente, ya que esto afecta la experiencia de quienes confiamos en su marca.
