For a refurbished controller, I found such evidence of any use or wear. Looked like new. Worked perfectly. Recommended.

Works as expected. Battery has been better than expected.

Don't love the button placement (AB) below the right joystick. I think some after market controllers have the buttons more on the outside with the stick closer to the center (basically swapping locations). I never use the right stick but always use the buttons so prefer them in an easier to reach/more comfortable location.

i ordered 2 of these. they looked, felt, and functioned like brand new except for one thing. one of the controllers didn't register "d-pad up" 100% of the time. so i disassembled the controller and cleaned the carbon pads and circuit board with rubbing alcohol on a paper towel. it now works perfectly. i preferred to do that instead of going through the trouble of starting an exchange. it was not fun to put back together but, it worked.

 Right out of the box the right bumper is not pressing down. When I connect it to my Wii U it’s being registered like I’m holding it down. Do not buy this, it is a scam.

This controller was a great buy for me. The battery life lasts a long time before it needs to be charged, the material is solid, the buttons and sticks don't feel cheap, and it works like new. Even though it's renewed, it's like a brand new controller.

I haven’t used it yet so I can’t say how it works but I can say these are just used controllers nothing about them is refurbished. I took a tooth pick and pulled a 2 inch Line of crude out from around the seams

The controller arrived OEM as listed, in good shape and clean as pictured. The hairline scratches on the front are to be expected with any gloss black finish, but there was some noticeable wear to the thumb sticks. My reason for the 3 star rating was the battery was dead on arrival and won’t charge. The product description states “- This product will have a battery that exceeds 80% capacity relative to new.”
